PROLIFIC in Food Hub Magazine

Our colleagues in IRIS, has published a very interesting article in the September's issue of Food Hub Magazine.

The article is titled "Application of power ultrasound in the food processing industry" and presents the use of Power ultrasound as an emerging and promising technology in the food industry.


Throughout the article IRIS' engineers Edurne Suarez, Óscar Rodríguez and Simona Neri, presents the overview of their work performed in 3 projects that they are involved in, SHEALTHY, AGRIMAX and of course PROLIFIC.
