Sustainable use of coffee processing residues

At Science Days Conference (18-19 May 2022) PROLIFIC will report on “Novel solutions proposed for food residues minimization and valorisation” showcasing the example of coffee by-products.


The event is an international, annual two-day conference organised jointly by Helsinki Institute of Sustainability Science (HELSUS) and Aalto University on 18-19.5.2022.


This year the Conference will focus on the theme of systemic transformations to sustainable futures in a globally connected world and highlight the urgency to act now in a variety of sectors.
